RETURNS
Lacrosse Panda Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order to our warehouse for a full refund. You have 100 days from the date of the original purchase to return or exchange an item for a full refund. In order to qualify for a return, the items must be sent back unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging. If you have lost or misplaced the original purchase receipt, please contact Lacrosse Panda Customer Care.
Return Information About Specific Items
Special orders, Team Orders, or other special accommodations are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Undergarments and jocks are non-returnable/non-exchangeable for any reason.
Warranty Information Overview
All shaft and head warranties are FACTORY DIRECT, meaning that each manufacturer has their own specific warranty rules. All sticks must be completely broken from normal game play or practice. Dings, dents, and scratches are not covered under Warranty. Heads must not be gratuitously abused, altered (i.e. pinched, dyed), defaced, or otherwise negligently damaged. Stringing components of heads are not covered under warranty.
All products must be accompanied by a receipt or bank statement to show proof of purchase and purchase date.
Online Return/Exchange Instructions:
1. Fill out the Online Return Authorization Request Form. Once you have filled that RA Request Form, a Lacrosse Panda Customer Care Team Member will contact you with an Return Authorization (RA) Number. NOTE: No item will be accepted by our Returns Dept. without an RA number.
2. After you have received your RA Number, write the RA Number in BIG BOLD LETTERS/NUMBERS on the outside of the return box.
3. Place the return shipping label (attached to your packing slip) on the box and send back return items, accompanied by a receipt to 1770 Post Street #193, San Francisco, CA 94115.
4. A confirmation email from Lacrosse Panda will be sent when returned items have been received. A credit/exchange will be issued 2-3 business days after receipt of items.

SHIPPING
Choosing a Shipping Method
Lacrosse Panda uses UPS to ship all orders. Delivery times are calculated in business days. If you order an item on a weekend or a holiday, your order will not be processed until the following business day.
Our warehouse is located in Northern California, so choose your shipping times accordingly. Please note that UPS Ground orders may take up to 24 hours to process so if you absolutely need it by a certain day, it is advised that you choose a UPS air delivery method.

Air Orders
All AIR orders placed prior to 12 noon PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Sometimes due to order volume it may take an additional day to process your order. If you need a product by a specific date then please call us. Any order placed after 12 noon on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.
UPS Pick Up
Orders leaving LacrossePanda.com™ are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.
Shipping to PO Boxes
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical street address when entering your Ship To address. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.
Shipping to Canada
On LacrossePanda.com, Canadian customers have two shipping methods to choose from; “Worldwide Express” or "World Wide Saver". Canadian Customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes. View rates for DUTIES AND TAXES. When funds are not provided in advance by the customer and UPS pays the duties and taxes on the importer's behalf, a fee of 2.7% (minimum $5.85) of the amount advanced by UPS will be charged in addition to the Entry Preparation fees (see chart below).
AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS TO CANADA:
UPS World Wide Saver
- Delivers 2-3 business days.
- Standard ground program, usually arrives within 7 to10 business days.
- Brokerage fees, misc. fees and government taxes will be collect by UPS upon delivery.
- If the product is made in North America – NO DUTIES.
UPS World Wide Express
- Most cost effective on more expensive orders.
- Express shipping typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days.
- Brokerage fees and the majority of miscellaneous fees are included in the cost of shipping. Government taxes will be collected upon delivery.
- If the product is made in North America – NO DUTIES.
